Very satisfied that they were not in a hurry to finish & leave, because the carpet in this rental had not been cleaned before I moved in, & it was super-filthy. Now, I know it is as clean as it can get. // The 2 men were a friendly team with each other, & nice to have them. // The person over the phone who initially made this appointment did a horrible job of writing down my phone number and both my first name and last name, all was incorrect, , though I had slowly spoken it all. These 2 workers could not get in touch with me by phone, because it was wrongly written. I'm glad I heard them knocking on the building's front door.

I have used Hauser Chem Dry for years. They have always been great, but most recently I had an unusually difficult area rug to clean. The rug that my dog decided to throw up on was silk and wool, and very delicate. Since Hauser was coming I decided to send 3 other very lovely, hand knotted oriental rugs. All came back to me stain free and clean as a whistle! Plus, David and Axel and crew had them relaid, perfectly, in a flash! Thank so much Hauser ChemDry!

Exceptional customer service! They truly went above and beyond in cleaning up after we had a deer come crashing through our window. Cleaned rugs, carpet, and furniture. Not to mention that the guys that cleaned for us were genuinely kind people that were a pleasure to interact with. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Hauser Chem Dry Rochester. We purchased some vintage white furniture that had unknown stains: perhaps pet stains, perhaps tea, or just dirt, and in addition there were extensive crayon marks and magic marker spots. We were worried that no matter what it would not come clean, nor did we know what kind of fabric it was. The technician determined that he could use steam because he was fairly certain there was some polyester in the fabric; it wasn't just cotton which would have required just a solvent. The technician took his time and did a fantastic job and the furniture looks just great. Many more years of use, and no need for expensive reupholstery. Thank you!

Hauser's cleaning process does a great job at removing kid-generated stains from carpeting. High-traffic rooms are rejuvenated with a yearly clean-up. The pricing is reasonable, but they also put out 10% off coupons in the Clear Pack mailer as well as 12% off coupons in direct mail to prior customers.

They did a real nice job, the price seemed reasonable, they were able to come clean a move in on short notice which was helpful to me.

Needed to have the upstairs and downstairs done because of use and pet odors with some stains that were under furniture. The pet odors were eliminated and the stains were gone at first. When a couple returned they happily came and did another treatment on the stains. This is a great company who stands by their work, I highly recommend them.
