I'm so happy I called BnK Chem-Dry. Everything about my experience was great from the first phone call to the clean and fresh results. I was utterly gobsmacked by the sparkling transformation of our floors and carpets--it was like witnessing a magic show but for hygiene. Enter Chris, our cleaning wizard, who not only aced the three Ps I hold dear in service pros--Polite, Prompt, and Professional--but could probably add a fourth for being a 'Pristine Explainer'. The guy's explanation of the cleaning process was cleaner than my kitchen counters on a good day. He dove into the cleaning and sanitizing with the zeal of a knight in a cleaning crusade. I'm over the moon with the results! If I could sing praises from my now spotless top story floors about BnK ChemDry, I would. Don't just sit there--give them a buzz today! You won't be sorry.

Have used this company twice now and have been very impressed. Chris is very responsive and reliable! Our carpets are light years ahead of where they were before! They are clean, smell great, and all of the pet damage/ odor is gone! Will definitely be using them again- a lot more effective than renting one and not too much pricier!

My clients are selling their house due to an illness in the family and I needed someone quick. I reached out to BNK Chem dry in the afternoon. They set the schedule to have the house for sale cleaned all the carpets upstairs. The following day in less than 24 hour's Brian, a great service technician. Professional friendly, and did exceptional job. I would recommend Chem dry carpet cleaning in the northern San Marcos/San Diego area.

BnK Chem-Dry provided us with unbelievable, high quality results & we could not be happier! Yes, we made the dumb decision of going with cream colored carpet even with a dog & kids and after 3 years, it was well worn. Evan from Chem Dry worked his magic and the carpet looks practically new. Every time I look at my carpets which were shampooed 6 days ago I'm reminded to give Chris a shout-out. He did an excellent job!!! and we couldn't be more impressed. Most of our carpeting is 24 years old, but amazingly Chris made it look almost new. I have used BnK Chem-dry for my carpets for quite a few years and am always impressed with the job they do. Chris, the owner, has been out here several times over the years and his work is unparalleled. Very prompt and professional, and super good guy. Highly recommend!
