Questions
What makes Chem-Dry Atlanta different from other carpet cleaners?
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process uses 80% less water than steam cleaning, drying carpets in 1-2 hours. This reduces mold risk while lifting deeper dirt with carbonated bubbles instead of harsh detergents.
Can you remove tough stains like wine or ink?
Yes, our advanced solutions target stubborn stains. Results depend on age and severity, but our technicians use specialized treatments to break down and extract most common household stains effectively.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
We recommend cleaning every 6-12 months based on foot traffic and usage. High-traffic areas or homes with pets may benefit from more frequent maintenance to extend carpet lifespan.
Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
All solutions, including P.U.R.T. for pet odors, are non-toxic and EPA Safer Choice-certified. Carpets and upholstery are safe for families immediately after cleaning with no chemical residue left behind.
Do you offer protection against future stains?
Yes, we apply a protectant that creates a barrier on fibers to repel spills. This allows time to blot accidents before stains set, particularly beneficial for households with children or pets.
How long does upholstery cleaning take?
Most furniture dries within 2-3 hours. Drying time varies with fabric type and humidity. Our low-moisture method ensures minimal disruption while removing allergens, pet dander, and embedded dirt.

Chem-Dri did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We had several stains from our sons puppy which I had tried to get out with natural cleaners. We paid a little extra for them to pre-treat the stains, but it was well worth it. He was very professional, polite, and thorough.

Bryan is remarkable. He has cleaned my carpet several times with impeccable results. My husband's shoes seem to carry a permanent black residue that insults my carpet and a good cleaning is imperative. Not only does Bryan clean but he deodorizes the carpet which leaves the entire house smelling fresh for weeks. Two thumbs all the way up for Bryan.
