Matt came to clean the carpet in our home, and did an excellent job. Very professional, gave good advice, and was friendly with our dog. Even though our carpet is older, you can really tell the difference. We didn't realize how much pet hair was lingering! Highly recommend this service. Thanks Matt!

Matt cleaned my sofa and stairs and was absolutely wonderful! My sofa has a cross weave fabric and I was very worried about having it cleaned. He was SO knowledgeable and tested the fabric and explained the best way to clean it. He was honest and very thorough. You have a customer for life!

Great experience from initial contact to book an appointment to completion of my job. Booking the appointment with someone who was knowledgeable immediately promotes confidence the job will be done well and correctly. Dylan arrived well within the "window". He is also knowledgeable and did a great job! My job consisted of one wall-to-wall carpeted room, several room-sized area rugs and stairs.

Happy to say my rugs are CLEAN. Since the carpet on my steps is light colored, how well the job was done was evident. I will definitely be utilizing their services to deep clean my hardwood floors and to clean my carpets as needed. I feel their fees are extremely reasonable for how well the job was done. Definitely recommend!

Bay Breeze showed up when they said they would, did a wonderfully efficient job of cleaning a sofa, two recliners and my carpet in 90 minutes. Prices are more than reasonable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Matthew was wonderfully fast and efficient. He was very knowledgeable about proper care and gave suggestions on spot cleaning (very necessary with 2 dogs). There is no fragrance in the cleaner, which is awesome for those of us with chemical sensitivities. My stairs look great despite being old and tired and I will 100% use Bay Breeze again.

Spilled a cup of tea on my light grey and white rug. Even though I probably worsened the problem with my home remedies before calling, they were able to remove it! Very happy with the work! One of the best home service experiences Ive ever had. Bryan and Dylan were prompt, friendly and extremely professionally. They were very patient with us as we moved baby toys during the cleaning. This review is after my 3rd time using Bay Breeze. I love the work they do. They are efficient, very respectful of my time and when they are done my carpets are clean as a whistle. I am so glad I found this company on groupon for my 1st use and I wouldn't want or trust anyone else with caring for my carpets.

I was moving out of a rental house into a new construction home, and was required to have the carpets cleaned when moving out of the rental house. Bay Breeze did a great job for a reasonable price! I had quotes from 3 companies and Bay Breeze was the lowest. They were pleasant to deal with in all respects, both over the phone as well as the 2 fellows who did the cleaning.

I had to change the dates/times of my cleaning 5 times because the new house completion kept being delayed, and Bay Breeze was very flexible. They are veteran friendly! Use their services!
