The service was great and the carpet looks 100% better than before. We had this cleaned the day before moving in due to timing issues but many stains seem to have come back within a day or twostill far cleaner than before but some areas could use another cleaning. A quick update to my review; Chem Dry came back out to work on the stubborn stain areas again. The carpet looks great and the service was top notchThey really stood behind their work and they treat customers very well.

I have used Chem-Dry for several years and have always been happy with their work. They got spots out that I didnt think would come out. The high traffic area through the living room looked very bad but is now spotless as well. They offered advice on caring for my area rugs. I recommend them to anyone and will continue to use their services.

Mike is so awesome! We were looking for so many quotes and Mike was the ONLY person (Chem Dry) to ask if we had pets and urine problems. He checked everything out before beginning and showed us his recommendations. He was extremely professional, efficient and price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend this place! Very pleasant experience. Mike was prompt (called ahead too), took the time to explain the process, and was very thorough, didnt rush the job. I have a dog and opted for the sanitizer/deodorizer upgrade (at my request), there was no pressure. Glad I did. Not only is my carpet clean (best outcome Ive ever had) it smells clean too. I would definitely use them again.

After being let down by COIT and another company (they never showed up to the scheduled appointments), I was feeling desperate and hopeless about finding a good company to clean my couch. I called Chem-Dry and they were very polite and their pricing was awesome! Gary came out and cleaned my couch and I was amazed at how quick and efficient he was. I am so satisfied with this family-owned business and have already recommended them to many people. My couch has been restored after being damaged by urine, and I couldn't be more pleased!

We recently bought a house and the sellers left it very dirty especially the basement carpet. We planned to remodel the first floor so we were going to live in the basement. Replacing basement carpet was not in our budget. I asked around about carpet cleaning companies. My friends daughter said we should give Chem-Dry of Louisville a try. She used them and was very pleased. I didn't think the very soiled carpet could be cleaned to satisfy me but I gave them a try and couldn't believe the good results. Chem-Dry did a great job. He was very thorough and I didn't have soaking wet carpet. It dried very quickly and budget friendly.

Chem-Dry of Louisville is a locally owned family business that has been doing our carpet cleaning for almost 20 years. Mike (Son) and Gary (Dad) are friendly, polite, knowledgable, and very professional. They do a thorough job using green cleaners and the extraction process allows carpeting and upholstery to dry rather quickly. All this at a fair, competitive price. Give them at try - youll be glad you did!
