Our realtor recommemded Omar and his team. They provided excellent service and great communication. Omar scheduled us in right away to clean the carpets on our new home before we moved in our furnishings. The BEST carpet cleaning we've ever had! The communication was excellent from the initial quote up to the text letting me know the tech was 15 minutes away. The tech, Jordan, was knowledgeable, professional and was really good at explaining everything up front as far as what we could expect. We've used services in the past that used water/steam, but was tired of unsatisfactory results and damp carpets for a couple of days.
With this company we had our furniture back in place on clean, DRY carpets within 3 hours! Seriously, you can't go wrong with this company! It's well worth the money! Thank you Omar & Jordan!

Omar helped us restore some very very smelly, cigarette smoke-infused persian rugs recently. He collected them from us, worked carefully and diligently to clean them, made sure to keep us informed when issues arose (pet urine stains p.u.), and returned them to us neatly rolled and ready to display. Darren arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the carpet looking better than I thought it could after the pet messes it had seen. Jordan came down and cleaned the carpets in our new home, and they look phenomenal! Friendly, professional service. Very informative about the process, and the quick drying time is awesome. I was very impressed, they called when they were on there way and showed up 10 min early. They cleaned a couch, stairs and one room for me before the Thanksgiving Holliday. They sanitized and pet cleaned the room of cat stains and sanitized my stairs and the couch. Everything looks amazing, clean and smells fresh like oranges. It also pleases me that they use certified biodegradable cleaners so no harsh chemicals or residue to stay behind and VERY safe for my kids and pets.
Also not only did they get me in before all my family comes over but they were able to get the job done early enough that I didnt have to be late for work. Thank you Chem Dry!

3 bedrooms, living room and office for under $500. Motor oil tracked through upstairs and other stains. They got them out and applied a special protectant/sealer to prevent future issues. I have used them twice since 2016 and have nothing but great thing to say about them. The only stain not able to be removed either time was red kool aid (but nothing gets out red dye).

My carpets were relatively clean as I have a high standard for keeping them from shoe traffic, food spills, and clutter. I really just expected a good result with a process I thought was interesting so that I could see their quality and standard of workmanship. What I returned home to see were a brightness in my carpets I never had seen before. Some areas of stains I couldn't remove myself from a dog with a chocolate incident were completely clean. My furniture was moved and the carpet cleaned under it as well. Amazing brilliant job!

I wish I could give 10 stars! ChemDry is truly top notch in their product and service. I have had them clean everything from my entire house, furniture, a simple refresh of my main entrances and all the way to my massive microfiber sectional cleaned. The works is beyond excellent, the staff is amazing and the prices are remarkable! ChemDry is the only way to go! I'm a customer for life!

I've used Chem-Dry over the years, alternating with different companies. I think I keep calling on them because I prefer the shorter drying period you get with Chem dry. My carpet is light beige, several years old and has visible high-traffic areas but they managed to make it look great again! I experienced a minor issue yesterday and I decided to share feedback with the manager, Omar.
He personally came to our home within an hour and made it right (with a great attitude!) - that, for me is huge and another reason I will continue to use Chem-dry.my carpet looks great!

This was my first time using Chem-Dry of Tri-cities. Not only were they extremely prompt (next day), but they were equally efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The machine used is so quiet and calming, which was a worrisome because my daughter was napping but it did not disturb her. I have not received such service in a long time. Thank you, Omar - for brightening my day :)

Chem dry cleaned a recliner i had gave up on so well it looks like new! my carpets are great i clean them every year. if you dont clean your carpet every year and wait 3-5 years between cleanings its your fault for not taking care of them if they cant get them done like new they are not magicians! the men are professional and on time if you have a emergency they will get you in asap! i highly recomend them! also no harsh chemicals for pets! thank you chem dry! omar, jordan, wyatt and evan you rock!
