Jumpstarts and Lockouts had excellent service and communication from start to finish. William successfully cut two of my Buick keys despite running into issues at first that were weather related. He clearly communicated the price upfront, drove to me, and very helpfully explained what he was doing when I was curious about the process. My wife got locked out of the house at night when the patio door suddenly locked behind her when she was letting the dogs out and i was out of state. Car keys were also locked in the house so there was no way of getting into the garage. Cold and rainy night and she was in shorts. Called them and they were able to be there in less than 5 minutes to get her into the truck so she could get the garage remote out to get back in. Highly recommend.

This man is a lifesaver! He drove out to the Tumwater Walmart parking lot from Lacey and I didnt have to wait long at all, he was very friendly and was able to unlock my car at a great price and he had such skill that he was able to unlock my car within a minute. We recently moved to very rural Yelm, and while my mom was helping us move furniture she managed to lock her keys in her truck. Not just her keys, but purse, cellphone, basically her whole life. I called 2 locksmiths local to Yelm and neither answered their phone. This company answered on the 2nd ring, and while we were outside of his service area, he jumped to our rescue making it here in less than 90 minutes. I work in Olympia and will be keeping his card in my wallet because that type of customer service is greatly appreciated and will be the first company I call.

I accidentally locked my keys in the trunk, and my fianc and brother were having a hard time trying to get the car open (the whole car locked), I called for help, and they responded right away! The guy said about half an hour, but it felt sooner than that which we were very grateful! It was also Halloween night, and he was able to get it open in less than 10min. The price was also worth it! Vehicle lockout. Called and asked for eta. Response was 30 mins or less. Arrived in 20. Price is steep but theyre upfront with that. With that kind of response time and it taking less than 2 mins for him to pop the lock, its a fair price. I dont intend to have this situation again as Ill be getting a duplicate key through them down the road, but if this ever happens again this is who Ill call first.
