I called Chem-Dry of New Mexico to clean our charter aircraft carpets, the tech was attentive to our aircrafts needs and was able to perform a High quality cleaning around very expensive components.

Steven did a fantastic job on our carpets, including the stairs. Remarkable attention to detail! My wife is so happy!

I scheduled a quote to clean cat pee from my carpet. I was willing to pay the cleaning charge; however, he recommended I dont bother cleaning the carpet due to the nature of cats and that they will usually come back and pee again after its been cleaned. He was honest and encouraged me to not use his service since it might be a waste of my money.

I recently had a carpet cleaning service from Chem-Dry of NM. My service technician was Steven. He arrived as scheduled, took measurements and discussed the various carpet cleaning options available. I live in Santa Fe and have been a long-time customer of the Santa Fe area Chem-Dry office. Zach came to my home and had excellent super customer service oriented skills. He was very friendly and listened to where to focus the most time, how many spots to check out and most important to me: put all my furniture and pillows back exactly where they were originally before he left due to my having lower back issues and could not do it myself later when the areas were more dry.

He instead put down the furniture raising blocks that could easily be removed later on by me. He also brought in a towel to wipe down any wet spots so I would not slip on them later. I will definitely ask for him again when I need Chem-Dry's services. I especially like this company since i have asthma and never have to worry about chemical smells lasting after other similar services leave.

Simply the best! My carpets are immaculately clean and there was absolutely no harsh odor. AND they dried quickly! My next service will be deep tile cleaning. No matter how great the cleaning is, if the staff isn't great I'm going elsewhere but Chem-Dry also excels in this department. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians is super professional and friendly. And for all these reasons, there's no other carpet/tile cleaning service I've used or will use. Shawn V. was a very professional and polite service technician. I was frantic that a recent carpet stain would not come out but he assured me hed do his best to try to remove. He not only removed the stain, he also did it in a timely manner. Not sure what cleaner they use but it left my carpet smelling like a wonderful citrus smell. Two thumbs up from me!

This is an excellent company, offering an excellent service. Eco-friendly deep carpet cleaning without saturating and leaving water behind in which bacteria could grow. Fast-drying. We've used Chem-Dry for years to clean our area rugs and once again, they did a fantastic job for us. Very professional, always on time. The two large area rugs we just had cleaned came back looking years younger and super clean. We had them take the rugs to the factory for immersion cleaning and it was worth every dollar. I had an excellent experience with Chem-Dry with one exception. I have large carpets which had never been deep-cleaned. I opted for the more costly dipping method and am glad I did. The finished products are rich and deep in color. The sole reason I give them 4 and not 5 stars is that one of the guys who returned the carpets was not vaccinated -- I had to ask; the information was NOT volunteered.

More concerning, when Chem-Dry called to confirm return, the representative a) did not ask me if I was vaccinated and b) more to the point, did not inform me an unvaccinated person would come into my home. What if I had an immune-compromised person living with me?! Life worldwide now includes a serious, endless pandemic; it is unprofessional and inconsiderate to not disclose an employee's unvaccinated status when they are entering your home. Otherwise, I am very happy with service, pricing, communication (except that one issue), and excellent results.

After having a horrible experience with ChemDry Duke City (a completely different owner and team), ChemDry of NM has renewed my faith in NM business. The owner of ChemDry of NM, Katie, stepped in after my horrible experience and offered to clean up the mess at no cost to me. I must admit that kind of customer-first business approach is so rare it surprises me these days. Im still speechless, but want to do everything I can to promote and refer people to this woman.

Not only did she offer to help, but she made arrangements to have her technician David come to my home on the very same day. David was professional in every way, and it was a COMPLETELY different experience than my encounter with the Duke City ChemDry. I spoke with the ChemDry corporate office about my experience with Katie and her team, and they acknowledged that Katie is one of their most successful owners and a superb brand ambassador. Katie is a leader in this company and even sits on the advisory board for the whole franchise organization.

All of that aside, I believe this woman to be a good human. She simply exercises integrity, compassion and a business leadership approach that I wish was more common. In my opinion there is no comparison. This is the kind of business that we should all support.
