If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. 100/10 I recommend this company to friends/family/acquaintances. Starting off with the first call, they super kind, decently priced, and got us in for a couch cleaning very quickly! The owner, Andrew, came to our apartment and cleaned our couches to the point where they look brand new! Ive never seen or smelt my couches so clean. We are a dog friendly household and theres no stains, spots, or dog smell anymore! We will be calling them back! Theyve earned loyalty for sure.

Andrew and his team exceeded expectations! They were punctual, and we discussed the cleaning needs for my home, including areas I found challenging. Our carpet was 20 plus years old and we do cat rescue so we have had many cats over the years and still have a lot. It looks like we have new carpets now, Im not exaggerating. We have used chem dry for our rental property as well and had excellent service there too. I would recommend using CHEM DRY.

Andrew was very professional and patient. He explained the process of how the chemicals they use remove pet odors. It worked GREAT! Even within the first few hours you could tell a huge difference. Plus they dont have to use as much water as traditional carpet cleaning companies so the dry time was at least cut in half. Highly recommend them 100%

I was able to get an appointment promptly for whole house carpet and wood floor cleaning, which fit easily into my fall deep cleaning plan. Notifications were timely, including a text when the team was 20 minutes out. The team did a great job, especially cleaning up residual dog urine messes. The pricing was reasonable. Id work with them again.

Andrew and his crew took a couch and recliner that had been sitting in my basement for months during our recent remodel. Andrew made them look brand new again! They even removed an old stain from one of the couch cushions that a local competitor couldnt fully remove a year ago. I will only call Andrew and his crew from here on out!

It was a great experience working with Andrew and Daniel. My white carpets look like new after many years of being filthy. They were able to get out all of my stains. We had pets, kids, grandkids and many spills. Not a problem for this wonderful family owned business. High recommended and will be using them again. I will also share with all my friends.
