This company has been so smooth to work with. As a recent college graduate, who moved 2 states for my first job, I would not want to work with any other company. I have rented all throughout undergrad and I have never had this simple or enjoyable of a time moving and renting. They are customer service oriented and really strive to make tenants happy and feel welcome at their new home. Catherine was so quick to respond and answer questions, and I truly feel she and the company went above and beyond for me. 100% recommend and will use them again.

Excellent experience all the way around! Catherine and her team were very conscientious and thorough, making the process seamless from start to finish! I am new to the Charlotte area and it was overwhelming to try and find a place to live; Catherine was patient and kind, guiding me through the process every step of the way and being transparent, which I appreciated. Im a transplant to the area from SC and it was super difficult trying to find a place that I liked. I was randomly connected with Catherine and I truly was in awe of how amazing & helpful she was in finding me a place that I liked and that was in my budget! I felt like she was just as excited for me to get my place as I was bc she knew Id feel at home.
She was truly so amazing and her patience was unreal! I've just started working with Victory and they (especially Catherine) have been fantastic! I just have one rental house but it needed significant upgrades to bring it in line with the market. Catherine project managed the whole thing, kept me up to date on progress, and made suggestions to reduce cost while improving the finished product. We now have a great tenant in a solid lease and a place I'm proud to rent out.

Catherine Pitney has been managing my rental home for almost a year now and she's by far the BEST property manager I've had for my home.
