Justin and his team were amazing and so incredibly helpful during an extremely stressful time for us. They made everything seem less daunting. We rent our house out year-round, so when we heard from our tenants that our basement was flooded it was even more chaotic knowing we couldn't be there right away to assess the situation. Justin was there the very next day to walk through it with us and explain the process step-by-step.

We had them come out after our dishwasher overflowed and the hard wood cupped and warped. Alex was out here quickly and took care of it! He explained all of the tools and machinery as well as answering all of our questions. They were able to dry out the floors enough that they went back to flat! I would like to say how pleased we were with our remediation project managed by Jared Church. What has been a disruption to our life because of a kitchen leak was made much more simple by Jared. He informed us of what was going on every step of the way, kept in close contact, was reliable, knowledgeable and personable and respectful of our things and of us. We couldn't have asked for more.

Due to the freezing temperatures, some of my sanitary piping had unfortunately frozen over the other morning. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of Jared at 1-800 Water Damage and he was incredibly quick to take care of my issue. Him, Cole, and Demetrius were very helpful, honest, and happy to take care of the water damage I was experiencing both in my bedroom, as well as my living room located directly below. Jared was very meticulous in locating every portion of the damage, ensuring only to remove dry wall where it was absolutely needed.

These three men were very safe and clean during their work, leaving me with little to no mess to take care of on my own. Jared proceeded to monitor the damage the following two mornings, as it was being restored with dehumidifiers and fans, then promptly packed away his equipment to ensure I wasn't wasting any heat, energy, or money on unnecessary fixes. They came out to assess the damage after a roof leak. Once it was determined what the issue was, they came back that same day to begin the water removal. The two technicians, Alex and Dom were extremely professional. They explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and what the next steps would be. They were extremely efficient and cleaned up after completing the work. I highly recommend calling this company if ever in need.

In Feb. 2018 I had a drain pipe break in the wall of my kitchen which cause water damage to my kitchen cabinets, flooring, and finished basement. I called 1-800-Water-Damage and Dan Glenn came the same day to assess the damage. He explained the entire process of what cleanup and restoration would entail, the chemicals that would be used to treat for mold, and the work methods and equipment the crews would use for the job.

He put up a temporary zip wall to my basement and protective barriers over the floors and carpeted stairs they would be walking on.
