1-800 Water Damage of Colorado Springs

Recently I had a leaky pipe in the bathroom upstairs, and didn't realize it was a problem until a week later when I got back from vacation! I called 1-800 water damage, and they arrived in a timely manner. They clearly communicated what they had to do to fix the damage and were obviously knowledgeable on how to do so. They were also very professional and organized with their cleanup process, and have obviously been in the industry for some time. They turned a bad situation into a positive experience!

Max and Tobias were very respectful of my time, communicated well, and fixed the damage within the time they were here.

It is with great pleasure I highly recommend 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Colorado Springs. Two behind the wall and ceiling drain pvc pipes had cracked and split. After the pipes were replaced, noticeable mold had been festering for several months in the affected area. I contacted three local companies for an estimate to accomplish the task of removing sheet rock and carpeting in the affected areas.

Also to mitigate the mold in the surrounding area. I was more intent on receiving high quality service opposed to the lowest bid. The company I chose is owned by Robert Cristinzio. Rob personally was on site to ensure his crew new exactly what had to be done and made certain it was done in an efficient and timely manner. I am very pleased with the outcome.

And as one final accolade for Rob and his team, the job was not only accomplished in a superior manner but almost cost out at the lowest of the three bids. Once again I have the distinct pleasure of highly recommending 1-800 WATER DAMAGE of Colorado Springs!

I have had more causes to use water restoration companies than I care to admit. I have used several different companies over the years and have had excellent experiences and really terrible experiences. I have used 1-800-Water Damage twice now and have had nothing but exceptional service each time. They are definitely my first choice. Rob (owner), Max (Lead Technician) as well as the rest of their crew and office staff are the best in the business.

I called a few places my insurance company recommended for a water damage inspection due to a broken water heater. 1-800 Water Damage offered a free estimate and came out same day. I was very impressed with the quick, courteous, informative and professional response from Katie and Max. I ultimately didnt have enough damage to warrant an insurance claim but if I ever need restoration services I would call here again. Rob came to give me an estimate on some inactive mold removal at our house after getting an astronomical estimate from another company. It was the other companies minimum charge. We had a pipe leak on the first floor of our house and the water went from there down to our basement. Big Mess! This was on a Sunday evening and 1 800 Water Damage was wonderful. Mike and his crew came out that evening and started the mitigation and explained to us what all the next steps would be. They handled the mitigation and then Mike organized all the necessary restoration personnel and dealt with the insurance company. They did a fantastic job and are great people to work with. Since this was our first experience with any water damage, we were very happy to have someone take time to explain what to expect from the mitigation to complete recovery, repair, and restoration. The floors throughout our house took a beating from traffic and equipment by all of the subcontractors, but I guess that's just how things are done these days. A conflict on billing was resolved with just one phone call. I think they really care.

I had a ton of water in my crawl space (clean space, so it wouldn't drain). It was practically a swimming pool. They came out quickly, were able to accommodate with the equipment.they couldn't bring it down the stairs, because they were damaged and couldn't hold the weight. They got all the water out and the space dried, so there is no moldy smell. I would definitely use them again.

A garbage disposal leak uncovered what could've potentially been a serious water damage issue in my recently purchased home - thankfully Mike from 1800 water damage got to my home within an hour of my initial call, explained what needed to happen, & then the very next morning came out & inspected all the potentially damaged areas. Thankfully everything received a clean bill of health, however in the process he uncovered a few other minor leaks that, fixing now, will save me a bundle later.

His team also includes a drywaller, so the small holes that were cut to inspect will be fixed without me having to find someone else. I would recommend their services to anyone!
