I could not be happier with my experience with 1-800-water damage. Geoff and Don and their entire team was immediately responsive and professional from the initial cleanup to the redesign and reconstruction. Honestly, it looks better than it did before the water leak. I would recommend them every time!

I am so grateful that I found this company, my house flooded over Christmas weekend and they have been nothing but great. Very patient with the entire process including dealing with insurance and mortgage. Geoff, Levi, Ricardo, and Laura have been such a pleasure to work with. They've been very communicative and diligent with the quality of their work.
Would definitely recommend them. Update: they were a pleasure to work with and communicated well. They took care of everything for me and was patient with the mortgage company/insurance delays. They did a wonderful job with the renovation.

Geoff Edwards and his crew did a wonderful remodel on my sisters bathroom. They we're always there when they stated they would be there, and called to inform that they were on their way. They worked with us with our crazy schedules and did an amazing job on our bathroom. So good we are going to have them come in and redo the second bathroom

Geoff, Brodey, Rafael and Justin did an extremely professional job of handling our flooded basement. In a timely manner, Bob Betz the owner, contacted me late in the evening, to inform us that Geoff would stop by within an hour and he did. For the next three days, the team totally took extreme measures and caution of using PPE while respecting our home. They moved and rearranged items to do a total and thorough cleanup during the drying process. Thank you guys for your respectful outstanding professional service!

Geoff and his colleagues were very helpful throughout the entire process and got pertinent tasks completed quickly. The third party contractors they got to complete other tasks were also very professional and efficient. Compared to how long it normally takes to sort out flooding in basements, I would say the work was finished relatively early. Also, the management seems to be very considerate when it comes to enforcing their policy. Good company! I would recommend their service.
