Good Morning, i wanted to send a quick review on my experience with 1-800-waterdamage. My experience with Holly and Gus was extraordinary. Both were on time, very professional, and went beyond what i expected. Holly helped me by referring me to a trusted roofer, then assisted with the paperwork and follow up explaining the drying process to fix the leak and get rid the water in my drywall.
Both were courteous and professional. Gus an experienced technician that helped remove the TV and setup the equipment to throughly dry out any humidity left from the leak. Highly recommend Holly, Gus, and the entire team at 1-800-waterdamage

I contracted with 1-800 water damage to repair the damage from a major water leak event that had flooded the 1st floor of my Athens, GA home. The repairs were done timely and with quality craftsmanship in mind. Brian was my project manager and over the time of the repairs he was very responsive and attentive to the specifics of the repairs that were underway. I have been very pleased with the work done.

Chad from 1-800 Water Damage of Athens came out immediately to access the damage and cause of our problem. They immediately started protecting my house from further damage. They covered furniture, etc. to protect everything, moved heavy pieces out of the rooms, set up protection in the doorways to try to eliminate dust and fumes to go through the house.
They put protection down on my hardwood floors while all the work was going on. They are professional and meticulous. I highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage. Casey was very thorough with letting us know the steps necessary to proceed and was hands on throughout the entire process. They are a full service company. They ripped the damaged area out and replaced everything with new material. The great thing about the whole process was that I didn't have multiple companies in and out of my house.

How refreshing it was to find a contractor I could trust, who was timely, professional and reasonably priced and an all around nice guy. Chad, of 1800waterdamage remodeled my master bath and gave me a beautifully updated space. He was respectful of my property and kept the surrounding areas as clean as possible with plastic draped over everything and the traffic areas covered so my floors were not damaged.
I had a glass shower re-tiled and the glass reinstalled along with the tub area, new lights, new mirrors and the floor re-grouted. Everything looks great - a very satisfied and pleased customer Thank you very much!

Fantastic crew, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, professional and affordable. Cannot ask for more. Our basement flooded during a bad rainstorm. Chad came out quickly to help us assess the best plan of course for preventing a recurrence and walked us through all possible options. He gave us a professional opinion not a sales pitch, and we definitely appreciated that. His entire crew was great and we would gladly use them in the future.

I needed some windows replaced and couldn't find anyone who could do them in under 12-15 weeks during Covid. Chad and his guys first referred me to a Millworks owner they knew and he had the windows done in 3 weeks. These guys installed them the day they picked up the windows.
