John did a great job cleaning all my carpets in house including bedrooms. They are so clean and look great! My sectional sofa also looks great! With the protectant on everything, sofa and rugs smell great. He even got out stains on living room rug that were old and stain in one bedroom. John did a wonderful cleaning in my house!

Paul called 20 minutes before our appointment, and then showed right on time. Paul and Ryan introduced themselves and ran down the requests of the services and the time it would take to complete them. after the work was done, Paul gave me the final instructions and they picked up their supplies and left. I had received the paid invoice within minutes by email. I am very happy with the whole process from making the appointment to the completed job.

Chem-Dry was AMAZING! I have a white carpet in my bedroom that got abused by my dog. Between his paw prints and multiple accidents I really needed a deep cleaning. The technician that came was great. He answered all my questions and offered solutions to my concerns. I absolutely recommend Chem-Dry and am anxious to have them back for a grout cleaning.

Scheduling was very easy. I was a little surprised at the misquote though. When I spoke to the person scheduling I clearly stated we had a couch, loveseat and chair. The quote was given after asking how many cusions and if there were loose back pillows. When the technician arrived he didn't have the chair on the work order, so this was an unexpected additional cost.
As annoying as that was, the technician was great. We were scheduled quickly and the furniture and carpet look great. We will definitely use the service again only I will ask them to repeat everything before we end the call so we don't have an unexpected additional cost.

I love using Chem-Dry for my carpet care service. Joe did an amazing job on what I thought might be an impossible traffic stain, but we were amazed at the magic he performed! FANTASTIC SERVICE! I had an emergency due to a latex paint spill on my light grey carpet. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and gave me instructions on how to keep it damp while she reached out to any available technicians. The techs arrived within an hour and completely cleaned up my self-imposed mess! They even cleaned another unrelated problem area. Amazing! They were polite, professional, and took their time to ensure it was done right. I will definitely hire them for future jobs!

The carpets at my new duplex were in somewhat rough shape, perhaps from showings, or maybe just from general wear and tear. However, my Chem Dry Technician Joe did a fantastic job in making the carpets look fresh again! He was efficient, professional and the price point can't be matched. Very thankful

I used Chem-Dry twice and both times I was really happy with the service. The tech was friendly and explained the available services clearly, answering all my questions, and offering advice when I asked. He never made me feel like he was just trying to upsell me and he was very upfront about everything. We did the cleaning and deodorizing (we have pets) and the carpets looked great, without any unpleasant odors after the clean. I would happily recommend this service to friends who need carpet cleaning.

Brendan thoroughly cleaned the carpets of our bedrooms, family room, formal living room, hallway and stairs. I must admit that during covid and after, I hadn't had the time to have it cleaned until yesterday. I give the guy credit for doing it all by himself and in a timely manner.
