Cayden and Alex did an excellent job of inspecting my carpets to be cleaned, explaining the pricing, and then performing the cleaning. Used MC-D again today. The technician (Cayden) was great. Called me 30 minutes before the time window to let me know when he was going to arrive. Called me while he was out in the driveway and spent 3 1/2 hours cleaning carpets and sofas. Very pleasant, nice young man that explained the process and pricing thoroughly. Will definitely use Chem-Dry again!

They did as good a job as possible getting the stain out of my rug. I knew there was a good chance they wouldn't come completely out, but they are definitely lighter. My only complaint was that I had to call twice to see why it took so long to get it back to me. I wasn't in a hurry for it, but I was beginning to be concerned. When it was delivered, they were very apologetic and told me they had been busy over the holidays.

Shawn was our technician and had to deal with some bad stains and pet stains and odors. He was very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job. We were very pleased with his attention to detail. He was kind and personable, and yet very professional. I would refer him to anybody that needed their flooring cleaned.

Today is my first time with Mountainview Chem-dry. Everything looks wonderful but I haven't moved things back in yet. So I can't speak to how it holds up over time. I can say that Caleb the technician was very professional, prompt and informative. He had the process very easy. They places the large furniture is back in place.
