I had worked with someone else who wasn't able to diagnose the issue. Brad was able to come look at the problem the day I called, and quickly figured out where the issue could be. He worked with two others, and they worked well as a team. Brad is really conscientious! I like to ask questions and he and his team explained everything. The repair work will need to be on another day, but I'm already happy with Caldwell's Roofing.

I called on Monday, he responded immediately with an appointment time on Wednesday morning, was on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem (which was small and had gone undiagnosed by another roofer), had 2 guys with him prepared to do the work. One trip to the store for supplies and they were done within 90 minutes. Best contractor experience in Auburn yet!
