While traveling this past week, I had the misfortune of losing a bag which had my car keys inside. Upon landing in Nashville, I immediately contacted Armstrong Locksmith and spoke with Sako concerning my situation. Sako demonstrated the highest level of customer service and empathy during a very stressful situation. Sako arrived at the Nashville Airport within 15 minutes of my call and created a new key fob for my vehicle. Simply amazing!! My car key was taken by accident from work and I could not wait or have a key out in the world with access to my Prius.

Rahim is professional, extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me during the whole process. I need a key fob for a 2012 Audi A5 and no locksmith in Nashville could do it except the dealer. The dealer wanted almost twice what Armstrong was charging. After getting there it took 20 mins for him to make a key fob!

I lost my 2015 BMW X5 car key and I called around everywhere but nobody could program the key. Also, nobody had the OEM key. Sako saved the day! Seriously, these guys are the guys to call if your in a jam. My car keys and wallet were stolen while I was on a work trip in Montana. My car of all places was in a parking garage at the airport. As you could imagine, normally this would have been a complete disaster. Sako worked with me every step of the way and was very flexible about payment options and timing.
