Our Story
Our journey began in 2001 when our owner, Keith Jones, started his career with ServPro, a national fire and water restoration services company. With 10 years of excellent experience under his belt, Keith worked for a local, independent carpet cleaning business for 7 years, mastering his craft. In 2017, Keith founded 10,000 Lakes Carpet with the goal of providing custom cleaning services to the greater Twin Cities area. Keith is IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration (including Carpet Cleaning), Fire Damage Restoration, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, and Stone, Masonry & Ceramic Tile Cleaning.
