Once we have secured the site, we work closely with you to create a personalized home plan, incorporating your design preferences and specifications. Home Plan & Site Selection
The foundation of any great home is a well-planned site. Our team will work closely with you to select the perfect site for your new home. We will assess the site's topography, soil conditions, and environmental factors to ensure that your home is built on a solid foundation. Whether you have a plan in mind or need modifications to an existing plan, we will work with you to create a customized design that meets your needs.
Establishing a Budget
Once we have a solid plan in place, we will work with you to establish a comprehensive budget outlining materials, design allowances, layouts, and specifications. We will provide the highest level of specificity to eliminate gray areas or potential miscommunication.
Design Selections
We will accompany you to each showroom to make interior and exterior selections. Each selection will be recorded with photographs and a comprehensive PDF guide. When the selections are final, we will post them to your online software portal for easy access.
Breaking Ground
Our award-winning team breaks ground and begins building your new home. We will keep you informed throughout the process through our construction software, which offers detailed schedules through completion, daily updates at 6:00 AM, and weekly progress photos.
Quality Assurance
We deliver the highest quality home by maintaining the highest standards, hiring the best trade partners, and conducting daily reviews on all work. Our Quality Assurance Program includes over 1000 check points during construction to ensure that your home is built to the highest standards.
