Our Story
Woolsey Construction was founded in 2007 by San Diego natives Luke and Leah Woolsey. With a combined background in real estate, construction, and design, they started the company with a passion for building homes and spaces that enrich people's lives. Luke, a General Contractor, and Leah, a Realty Expert, brought their expertise together to create a company that stands out from the rest. Their mission is to help clients achieve their vision, whether it's building an addition, creating an outdoor space, or remodeling a living area to fit their lifestyle.
Our Team
Our team is comprised of experts in their respective fields, each with a passion for construction and a commitment to quality. Luke and Leah Woolsey, our founders, lead the team with years of experience in construction and real estate. Seth Woolsey, our Senior Project Manager, comes from a military background and brings his broad knowledge of general contracting to the table. Robert Chambers, our Senior Sales & Estimator, has extensive experience in residential and commercial construction, stemming from his early start in 1993. Jessica Melius, our Accounting Manager, brings her accounting expertise from San Jose State University, ensuring our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
