Our Story

Founded in November 1999 by Stephen Hansen Sr., Plano Maintenance started as a general maintenance company in Plano, Texas. Steve Sr.'s extensive background in the U.S. Navy, where he spent 22 years and retired as a Senior Chief, laid the foundation for his ability to lead and manage a team. After working as the Maintenance Manager for Chrysler Motor Corporation in Toledo, Ohio, Steve Sr. decided to start his own business.
