Custom Homes
We design and build bespoke luxury homes tailored to clients' unique visions. Our process integrates architectural innovation with traditional craftsmanship, ensuring every detail reflects the natural surroundings and heritage of the location. From modern coastal retreats to timeless timber frame estates, we deliver energy-efficient, high-quality residences that exceed expectations.
Timber Framing
Our timber framing combines centuries-old techniques with modern design to create structurally sound, aesthetically striking spaces. Using traditional tools and mortise-and-tenon joinery, we craft custom frames that enhance architectural character while ensuring durability. Each project preserves the artistry of handcrafted woodwork in contemporary residential and commercial settings.
Millwork
Our in-house millwork shop produces custom architectural elements like moldings, staircases, and paneling. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and artisanal techniques, we create intricate designs that elevate interior spaces. Every piece is precision-engineered to align with the homes overall aesthetic while maintaining functional longevity.
Sustainable Building
We incorporate energy-efficient systems and eco-friendly materials to minimize environmental impact. Our projects feature geothermal heating, solar power, and super-insulated envelopes that achieve net-zero energy usage. By prioritizing sustainable practices, we deliver high-performance buildings that align with modern ecological standards without sacrificing luxury.
Pre-Construction Planning
Our pre-construction services include budgeting, material selection, and timeline coordination to ensure seamless execution. We collaborate with architects and clients to refine designs, optimize costs, and address logistical challenges before construction begins.
