Our process starts with a free top-to-bottom property inspection, including the main property, any additional structures, fencing, and personal property. If we determine that you have a good claim, we start by being present when the insurance adjuster does their initial inspection, handling the supplement process if needed. Once the initial scope of work (estimate) is received by you, we analyze the scope from the insurance company against our original inspection to determine if any damages have been overlooked. We make sure that all damages are paid for by your insurance company.
From there, we will coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to efficiently execute your project. We understand that the process can be overwhelming, which is why we provide regular updates and communication throughout your project. Our experienced project managers will be your single point of contact, ensuring that your project is completed efficiently and effectively.
