At Tutko Plumbing, we pride ourselves on being a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the Phoenix, AZ area since 1973. Our story began when Al Tutko decided to take a chance and start his own plumbing business, working out of the back of his VW bug. Over the years, Al has built a reputation for providing honest and reliable quality service, which is why most of his new business comes from referrals.

Our History

Al started his plumbing career shortly after relocating from California in 1971. He worked for a large plumbing company until 1973, when he decided to take a leap of faith and start his own business. With his skills and knowledge, Al established Tutko Plumbing and began doing development work for track and custom homes. As the business grew, Al realized the importance of providing primarily service and repair work, which allowed him to focus on troubleshooting and building relationships with customers. This approach has been crucial to his success, as many of his customers have become like family to him.

Meet Our Team

Today, Al is joined by his senior technician, Jeff, who has over 20 years of experience in all phases of plumbing. Jeff has a humble and kind heart, which is reflected in the way he treats our customers. With his vast knowledge and expertise, Jeff has been instrumental in helping Al expand the business. Recently, Al's son, AJ, joined the team and is learning the ropes from his father. AJ brings a fresh perspective and a newfound energy to the business. Al's wife, Maria, manages the office and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Her organizational skills are impressive, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand.
