Poor Experience with RCI
Slow Response and Ineffective Repair
The reviewer, Eric Duncan, had a disappointing experience with RCI. He owns a commercial building in Brighton that had roof leaks, but RCI took several days to respond to his request for repair. Unfortunately, the leaks returned just a week after the supposed "repair."
Unprofessional Behavior
The reviewer questioned the legitimacy of the repair, suspecting that RCI may not have done anything to fix the leaks. To make matters worse, the reviewer did not even notice the RCI team working on the roof, only realizing they were there when they came to collect the signed work order. The invoice was $750, which the reviewer reluctantly paid without arguing.
