We offer a wide range of services, including heating and air, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, sprinklers, fencing, garage doors, windows, roofing, flooring, vanity sink and tub installation and re-glazing, and painting. Our expert staff of technicians is dedicated to repairing, replacing, and installing these systems and components. With excellent relationships with our wholesalers, we pass on the savings to our clients, ensuring that our prices are competitive and affordable.

Construction Services

Our Construction Services Department has a Class B Contractor License with the State of California, General Liability insurance, and Workers' Compensation insurance. Our team is experienced in the construction management industry, with over 20 years of experience. Our Construction Manager, Daniel Blackburn, focuses on development and rehabilitation of residential and commercial projects from the ground up. He works closely with subcontractors and construction managers to ensure that each project remains within the budget and on schedule. With a proven track record, Mr. Blackburn is a licensed General Contractor and oversees and coordinates Citivest construction projects.

Construction Administration

Our Construction Administration department is led by John Cloonan, who has almost 20 years of experience in management and administration. John oversees the services performed by the Construction Department, including residential and commercial maintenance services as well as turns. His expertise is in dispatching all work orders to the appropriate technicians, as well as monitoring project schedules until the scope of work is completed and invoiced. John has a proven track record of getting the job done and is a great addition to the Citivest team.
