Questions
What flooring material options do you recommend for high-traffic areas?
We suggest luxury vinyl plank (LVP) for high-traffic zones due to its durability and scratch-resistant properties. Our experts help clients choose appropriate thickness ratings based on expected usage patterns.
How long does a typical bathroom remodel take?
Most bathroom renovations complete within 3-5 days depending on project scope. Our team provides detailed timelines during initial consultations, with 90% of projects finishing within the estimated timeframe.
Do you offer warranties on your installations?
We provide 2-year warranties on all labor with extended manufacturer warranties available for select materials. Our guarantees cover workmanship defects when maintenance guidelines are followed.
Can you match existing flooring patterns during expansions?
Our technicians use specialized tools to analyze existing layouts and replicate patterns during floor expansions. We ensure seamless transitions between old and new installations for a unified appearance.
What preparation is needed before installation day?
Homeowners should remove wall hangings and clear furniture from work areas. We handle protective covering for remaining fixtures and coordinate access requirements during pre-job consultations.
