Building Process
From the initial plan design meeting to the post framing walk and pre-closing walk, we provide clear and consistent communication to ensure your new custom home is ready for delivery. Approximately eleven months later, you will have a 1 YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY follow up walk to ensure that you are fully satisfied. We also provide a 2 YEAR SYSTEMS WARRANTY and 10 YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY, both of which are covered by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.
