Since the mid-1980s, Kevin and Susan, accompanied by Carly James since 2017, have been the driving force behind Pfahl Architects. Over the years, they have designed and built hundreds of homes, renovations, and various commercial projects, leaving a lasting mark on the Charlotte skyline. Their passion for quality and design excellence has earned us accolades, including three Home Builders Association Gold Awards for Excellence of Remodeling and an Award of Merit in Design from the American Institute of Architect.
