Our company was founded by Brett Harwin, a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in the service industry. Brett has been building in the Los Angeles area since 2004 and established FRAME2 FINISH in 2008. Prior to founding our company, Brett worked in senior management for some of the most successful restaurants, hotels, and catering companies in Southern California and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He has a unique understanding of the importance of excellent service and attention to detail, which he brings to every project we undertake.
