• Consultation: We'll schedule an in-person meeting to discuss project details, take photos, and talk about finishes. This is where we'll begin to build a high-level estimate for your project.
• Pre-Construction Phase: This phase is where we'll collaborate with you to develop a finalized design and engineered plans. We'll also provide a detailed pricing, timeline, and coordinate with our subcontractors and suppliers.
• Construction Contract: Once we have all the necessary information, we'll provide a final price and finalize the working contract for our mutual signature.
