Our Team

Our owner, Stephen Kauffman, has been instrumental in guiding the company's growth and success. With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, Stephen has been involved in all aspects of the company's operations, from construction to real estate sales. Joining Stephen is a team of experienced professionals, including Mark Eastman, our President and Project Manager, Ron Glace, our COO and Director of Construction, Shane Kauffman, our CFO and Business Operations Manager, and Dave Chernin, our Executive Director of Design and Business Development. Our sales team, led by Kerry Reed, New Home Sales Consultant, is dedicated to ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout the home-building process.
