Today, the company is led by Tom's sons, Thomas Jr. and Michael, who serve as vice presidents. THOMAS TUBRE, Jr.: As vice president and general manager, Thomas has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and success. With over 17 years of experience, he has developed a broad range of skills and expertise in the construction industry.

MICHAEL TUBRE: As vice president and comptroller, Michael has played a key role in shaping the company's financial management and operations. With over 12 years of experience in residential and commercial general building construction, Michael is committed to delivering high-quality results.

SCOTT HEDLUND: As executive counsel, Scott brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry to the table. With a strong background in law and a passion for construction, Scott is dedicated to providing expert counsel and support to TKTMJ's team.

GLENDA MCDONALD: As office manager, Glenda has over 35 years of experience in accounting, document coordination, and information technology. Her expertise and attention to detail have been invaluable to our team.
