- Daryl Walny, Vice President, who has a background in construction management and has worked for prominent home-building companies.
- Beth Sturm, CPM, RRP, CLHMS, who is an affiliated broker with PARKS Realty and has a long-time respect for the building industry.
- Suzanne Walters, Chief Financial Officer, who has been the Chief Financial Officer on the team since 1999.
- Kim Dykes, Chief of Estimating and Operations, who has been an integral part of Carbine's building and development for over 20 years.
- Kristen Carbine, PARKS Realty - Downtown Franklin, who is an affiliate broker with PARKS Realty - Downtown Franklin and has a strong background in the home-building industry.
