Our story begins with our founder, Troy Freed, who started his career in the construction industry in 1979, learning the ins and outs of building wood basements, foundations, apartments, and commercial buildings. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to quality, Troy founded Troy's Construction Co. in 1990, specializing in full-scale custom homes and site condos. Throughout his career, Troy has been an active member of the South Central Builders Association, serving as Vice President for two years and President for two years.
