Restoration Services
- Sustainable Restoration (Green Building): We use environmentally friendly materials and practices to restore historic buildings while minimizing our carbon footprint.
- Masonry Restoration and Tuck Pointing: Our team is experienced in restoring masonry walls, including tuck pointing, to ensure the structural integrity of the building.
- Custom Metal Restoration: We restore metal components, such as railings and decorative trim, to their original condition.
- Terra-cotta Restoration & Decorative Stone Molding Reproduction: Our team specializes in restoring and reproducing terra-cotta and decorative stone features.
- Ornate Plaster and Stucco Restoration: We restore ornate plaster and stucco work to its original condition, preserving the architectural details of the building.

Our Team
Our team, led by Jeff Neal, Chief Executive Officer and Owner, and Carolina Neal, Chief Financial Officer and Owner, has a combined 30 years of experience in restoration and preservation. With a background in historic preservation and architectural design, our team is well-equipped to handle a range of restoration projects. Our team has worked on over 20 historic buildings in Missouri and Kansas, including the restoration of the Columbian Building and the rehabilitation of a 100-year-old warehouse into a new elementary school.
