Our Leader
Meet Eric Sherwood, our owner and principal contractor. Eric has over 40 years of experience in the construction trade, starting his journey as a laborer in 1978. He worked for the same framing contractor for 15 years, honing his carpentry skills and developing a keen sense of project management. Eric obtained his Contractors State License (B) in 1990 and has since has established solid working relationships and partnerships with a unique and successful team of designers, architects, and subcontractor tradesman.
