Our Story
Commercial Flooring of Toledo was "born" from events related to the Great Recession in 2010. Simply, we're a low-cost, high-quality provider of installed commercial floor covering. We work every day to provide our clients with the best value for their flooring dollars by controlling costs and continually monitoring results. While the company itself is young, the personnel have extensive experience in the commercial flooring arena. Chuck Rajner has been involved in the industry for over 40 years. Mike Rajner can claim over 20 years of experience. Our installers average 17 years of professional installation experience. If you choose to award CFT your project, you will be working directly with the owners of the business. We are financially stable and capable of managing large projects. We are fully insured and have the ability to provide performance bonding if required.

Commercial Flooring of Toledo takes safety very seriously. Our technicians are all OSHA certified, nearly all have 30-hour certification. We are a State of Ohio Drug-Free Workplace.

- Planning & Scheduling: We have the tools, equipment, and personnel to perform renovations in occupied spaces, including furniture moving, workstation lift, and carpet reclamation. If necessary, our technicians can be scheduled any time to accommodate your operating schedule.
- Budgeting & Value Engineering: We work every day to provide our clients with the best value for their flooring dollars by controlling costs and continually monitoring results.
- Product Selection: We have relationships with the top flooring suppliers in the world. Our product portfolio includes Resilient Flooring such as VCT, Sheet Vinyl, Luxury Vinyl Tile, Linoleum, Hybrid, and Engineered Wood. We have carpet products in Broadloom and Tile and are very skilled at patterns and pattern-matching. We carry several name brands of Ceramic, Porcelain, and Stone.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Intricate floor patterns are no problem for us. Our installers are all tested and certified by the INSTALL program, the only hands-on ability testing in the industry. Our Hard Tile installers regularly perform mud-bed and waterproofing installations.
- Maintenance: When your installation is complete, we help you keep it looking new. We can provide complete maintenance instructions as recommended by the manufacturer. Or, we have the technicians and equipment to perform the flooring maintenance for you.
