Construction Systems, Inc. (CSi) is an employee-owned interior renovation, tenant fit-out, and architectural specialties installation contractor serving healthcare, institutional, commercial facilities, office, education, and manufacturing clients throughout central Ohio. Our self-performance capabilities, in-house fabrication shops, and skilled craftsmen allow us to control the resources, schedule, and quality to consistently deliver exceptional results.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our interior renovation and tenant fit-out services include framing and structural, walls, ceilings, doors, flooring, concrete, masonry, window treatments, MEP preparation, specialties, and the finest finishes and millwork. We also provide design, code compliance, and permit services to ensure that our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Our Specialties

Our specialties include providing professionals whose sole responsibility is the preparation and installation of Division 10, 11, and 12 specialties: blinds, shades, chalk & marker boards, interior signage, lockers, postal, toilet partitions, raised flooring, and more. Our door and hardware division, Atlas Door and Hardware, provides a broad range of installation, repair, supply, and custom fabrication services to cost-effectively install and maintain secure and reliable building openings.
