Channel Building Company has a rich history dating back to 1964, when our founder, Bob Webster, established the company. Over the years, we have grown and evolved, with Paul Kneeland and Jerry Diorio at the helm, leading by example and empowering our team members to work in a performance-based, highly collaborative culture where everyone takes ownership, provides solutions, and is ultimately the CEO of their own desk.
