Our Process
Our process begins with a Needs & Options Review, where we study the site and listen to our clients' goals. We believe in educating our clients and addressing any variables that may impact the project, such as zoning constraints, buildable area, views, adjacent structures, and orientation of the sun and prevailing breezes. We also offer a Pre-Purchase Review for prospective homeowners who are looking to buy a property with the intent of a major remodel or addition.
3D Modeling & Virtual Reality
We take pride in our cutting-edge 3D modeling and virtual reality technology, which allows our clients to experience their design in a fully immersive environment. Our 3D models are unlimited, and we provide full access to the model, enabling our clients to download it and explore their design from the comfort of their own home.
