Our founding partners, Beau Brittenham and Cory Jennings, are both graduates of Colorado State University's Construction Management program, where they met and later decided to start their own company. With a shared passion for architecture and design, they're driven to bring their expertise to create spaces that improve people's lives and the community.

As friends and colleagues, Beau and Cory have worked in the construction industry for many years, gaining valuable experience in various roles, from field engineers to project controllers and preconstruction managers. Their extensive background has prepared them to offer an unparalleled level of service to their clients. With a strong foundation of trust and transparency, they build positive relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure mutual project success.

Beau Brittenham, Co-Owner

Beau's passion for architecture and design drives his enthusiasm for the industry. With a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, he's worked as a field engineer, project controller, and preconstruction manager. Beau's expertise is driven by his desire to create beautiful spaces that improve people's lives.

Cory Jennings, Co-Owner

Cory is driven by his passion for helping businesses grow and expand. With a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, he's worked as a field laborer, plumbing apprentice, and project engineer. Cory's expertise lies in his ability to navigate complex projects, seamlessly integrating design and construction.

Nicholas Shelly, Assistant Superintendent

Nicholas is a rising star in the construction world, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results. With a degree in Construction Management from AIMS Community College, he's worked as an intern and assistant superintendent. Nicholas is dedicated to ensuring site safety, quality, and project costs are managed to perfection.
