Planning

Our planning services cover a wide range of projects, including city master plans, mixed-use developments, redevelopment plans, large infrastructure projects, and streetscape designs. Architecture

Our architectural services encompass a broad range of project types, including recreational centers, healthcare facilities, housing, institutional work, offices, retail, and city revitalization studies. We have a reputation for delivering exceptional design solutions that are innovative, unique, and beautiful. Meet Our Team

Our team of professionals is comprised of experienced and passionate individuals who share a common goal of building community through people-places. Our team is led by principals Alex J. Pesta, John E.J. Wagner, and Benny H.B. Chew, who have extensive experience in urban design, planning, and architecture. We also have a number of associate principals and directors who are experts in various aspects of the design and planning process.
