How We Work

We do not underbid jobs and try to recover costs with hidden, ambiguous extra charges throughout the project, unlike some unlicensed contractors.
Meet the Owner
Our owner, Scott DiJulio, launched DiJulio Contracting in June 2011. With more than eight years of experience in the construction industry, Scott has overseen the production of several hundred homes located in communities spanning from Annapolis, MD to Manassas, VA. Prior to starting his own business, Scott worked as a construction manager for one of the largest production home builders in the country.
