4. Contract Meeting: We present the detailed contract with final drawings and specifications, and review any outstanding details.

5. Pre-Construction: We acquire necessary permits, order materials, and coordinate trade partners.

6. Construction: We complete demolition, perform all rough and finish carpentry, supervise subcontractors, and clean up once the job is complete.
