- Chris Mulchin: Vice President of Construction and Finance, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from John Carroll University.
- Jeffery Smul: Vice President of Development and Accounting, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
