Everitt Construction Team

*Grant Everitt, Owner*: A lifelong resident of Fort Collins, Grant is a CSU graduate with a degree in construction management. He is the founder of Jamestown Builders, a local construction company known for its unique floor plans and architectural details. Grant formed Everitt Construction to provide tenant finish work along with home construction and remodeling. His dedication to his customers, quality work, and low overhead keeps his customers coming back and referring new ones time and time again.

*Gary Keefauver, Project Manager*: A Native of Colorado, Gary has 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. His wealth of knowledge and wisdom, facilities and project management skills, along with being a licensed general contractor, make him a valuable asset to the Everitt Construction team. Gary is involved in the entire project process, from initial estimating to completion. Prior to joining Everitt Construction in 2014, Gary spent 16 years with the Everitt Companies in Northern Colorado.

*Phil Young, Project Manager*: Phil was born and raised in Richmond, Indiana and has lived in Fort Collins since 1979. With a varied background in operations management, advertising, roofing, and entrepreneurial endeavors, Phil brings a unique perspective and attention to detail to the Everitt Construction team. His duties include working closely with local zoning departments and master trim carpenters, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

*Aaron Everitt, Designer*: With 15 years of experience in design and construction, Aaron has built a reputation as a creative mind in the region and industry. As the primary plan and interior designer for Jamestown Builders, he focuses on innovative ideas, creative use of materials, and thoughtful use of space. His primary goal in home or remodel design is to provide the end users with the best possible home that meets their goals within their budget and overall uses.

At Everitt Construction, non-structural tenant finish construction is our specialty. We approach every project as a challenge, taking an existing structure and making it fit the needs of the future occupant, working especially well with unique or unusual requirements. Our goal is to design the project for optimal functionality, meet the specific needs of each tenant, and create a space that exceeds expectations.
