Moulton Layne was founded in 2001 by Scott Layne and David Moulton, two experienced architects with a passion for delivering exceptional design solutions. David N. Moulton, AIA, is a licensed architect in Florida, New York, and Connecticut, with extensive experience in designing luxury homes and commercial projects. Scott R. Layne is a native of eastern Long Island and has worked on numerous projects in Vero Beach and Palm Beach. Together, they have built a team of experienced architects and designers who share their commitment to excellence and dedication to delivering high-quality design solutions.

Positive Aspects
The natural pool on the west side of the bridge is a great spot, safe for kids and perfect for families. The waves at this beach are unique, crashing for a longer duration compared to other beaches.
Safety Concerns
However, the ocean side of the beach is deemed dangerous for kids due to the abundance of rocks. This may be a concern for families with young children.
