Our 10-Step Process

Our unique 10-step process is designed to ensure that your excavation or remodeling project is done professionally and to your satisfaction. We will start by setting up an appointment to discuss your project in person and develop a preliminary plan. We will then obtain any required permits, measure the site with specialized laser and measuring equipment, and review the final plans with you before work commences. We will schedule the appropriate equipment and operators and begin the project, with the project manager checking the job on a daily basis. We will clean up the job site when the work is completed and arrange a final walk through to ensure the job is done to your satisfaction. We will even send out a customer satisfaction survey after the project is completed to ensure that you are happy with our work.
